A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will go toward your remaining balance. If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited unless the appointment is canceled by the artist.

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best results and adequate appointment timing.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may have their appointment canceled. This policy is in place to respect the time of all scheduled clients, as appointments may be booked back-to-back.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, may result in the inability to book future appointments unless there is an extreme circumstance.

No extra guests are permitted unless approved beforehand.

The remaining balance may be paid using Tap to Pay or the linked Cash App provided at booking.
